The quality and safety situation of key and sensitive imported consumer products including children's safety seats, clothing, food contact products and disposable sanitary products were analyzed in detail.

In 2015, a total of 22 inspection and quarantine bureaus had import clothing business, and import clothing inspection was carried out in 74877 batches, an increase of 6.32% over the same period, and the value of goods was $1 billion 289 million.

Among them, the 31312 batch of imported garments was detected by sampling inspection, the sampling inspection rate was 41.82%, an increase of 8 percentage points over last year, and 1839 batches of quality and safety unqualified goods were detected, with a value of 10 million 380 thousand US dollars.

The quality and safety rate of imported garments tested by the national inspection and sampling was 5.87%, and the proportion of 1.62 yuan was down.

The unqualified cases were mainly fiber content, color fastness, pH value and Chinese identification label.

In 2015, the most common quality problems of imported clothing were Bangladesh, the 122 batches, accounting for 13.35% of the total disqualification; second, Italy, 107 batches, accounting for 11.71%; third for India, 100 batches, 10.94%; fourth for Turkey, 99 for 99, 10.83% for China, and fourth for Indonesia.

In addition, the quality and safety of imported garments in South Korea, Vietnam, Portugal and Kampuchea are also outstanding.

Judging from the unqualified rate of batches, the most serious country is still the United States, with an unqualified rate of 10.28%, followed by Korea, China and Italy, 7.55%, 5.17% and 4.93% respectively.

Famous imported child safety seats are unqualified.

The entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions have carried out on-site inspection and laboratory testing for imported children's car safety seats, including 1109 batches of on-site inspection, and found 219 unqualified batches, totaling 7 million 982 thousand and 900 dollars, and the batches of unqualified rates were 19.7%.

Unqualified contents include unqualified labels, no Chinese signs or instructions, poor combustion performance, and unqualified dynamic tests.

It involves more than 30 brands including STM, BRITAX, Recaro, Concord, BMW, VOLVO, AUDI and so on. Most of these brands are highly recognized.

In 2015, the national inspection and quarantine agency examined the total number of imported food contact products in 108007 batches and US $671 million 672 thousand, the batches increased by 35.7% compared with 2014, and the value of goods dropped by 9.8%, mainly including ceramic products, plastic products, metal products, paper products, household appliances and other materials, among which other materials were mainly glass products.

Among them, the 7751 batch of label labels failed, the 204 batch of safety and hygiene items failed, and the other 376 items failed.

According to the distribution of the origin of unqualified products, the top 10 were Japan, Korea, China (export re import), France, China, Taiwan, Germany, Italy, Thailand, Turkey and the United States.
