Sports Information Center Holds Special Training In Official Document Processing (Map)

In order to further standardize the handling of official documents and improve the level of official document writing for cadres and staff, the sports information center held a special training on official document processing in September 10, 2014.

Zhao Liping, director of the Secretariat of the general office of the General Administration, is specially invited to give lectures.

Comrade Zhao Liping focused on the regulations on the handling of official documents in the party and government organs, the work methods of official documents of the State Administration of physical culture and sports, and the rules and regulations of the State Sports General Administration's official documents, combined with the work experience of many years, and thoroughly and meticulously explained the basic knowledge of official documents, such as the types of documents, the format of official documents, and the rules of documents.

Training content is simple

Strict and detailed, with strong guidance and maneuverability, welcomed and praised by cadres and workers.

Through training, the cadres and staff of the center will further understand systematically the essentials of document writing and processing, and standardize the writing of official documents.
