It is learned that the 2014 China (Dalian) International Garment and Textile Fair (hereinafter referred to as "Dalian Clothing Fair") will be held in September 20th as the theme of "dream Dalian".

Sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the Dalian Municipal People's government, the China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce and the Dalian Office of the clothing trade association jointly undertake the Expo September 20th and will be held at Dalian Expo Plaza and Xinghai center on -23.

The theme of this Expo is "dream Dalian". The exhibition area is 50 thousand square meters and 1500 standard booths. The exhibits include all kinds of clothing, accessories, clothing accessories, textile machinery and high-tech creative achievements display.

There are 1000 enterprises, 25% of which are overseas exhibitors, 60% of independent brands and exhibitors of local enterprises in Dalian, and 15% of textiles and clothing accessories.

On the basis of setting up the clothing brand exhibition area in the main venue of Dalian World Expo Plaza, the exhibition will also provide a supply chain exhibition area for the garment production enterprises to provide docking services, an exhibition area of international fashion and fashion trends, a designer exhibition area showing the latest design concepts of Chinese and foreign designers, a textile machinery exhibition area, and an exhibition booth for cooperation with Alibaba, Jingdong mall and Taobao.

In addition, we have set up retail and geo garment exhibition areas in Dalian Xinghai Convention and Exhibition Center to meet the different needs of professional audiences at home and abroad.

It is expected that this exhibition will attract more than 50 thousand spectators, of which overseas audiences account for more than 10%.

This year's Dalian Clothing Fair will also host five categories and nearly thirty thematic activities, including brand fashion show and fashion trends release, Summit Forum, professional docking conference, Carnival of public costumes and industrial tourism.

At the same time, the Dalian Clothing Fair will focus on the five characteristics of leading the fashion, improving the level of internationalization, enriching the connotation of clothing culture, promoting the rapid growth of its own brand and boosting the development of local garment industry.
