In the development of new markets, Zhou Yiyang, Deputy Secretary General of Fujian zipper chamber of Commerce, believes that although the textile and garment industry has a negative impact on the zipper industry, it also provides enterprises with the opportunity to go out to win the market.

"Many enterprises rely on clothing, bags and other downstream industries to export their products. Downstream customers have withdrawn from the international market, which has led to a reduction in the export volume of our zippers.

However, foreign demand for zipper products may not be reduced. Strong zipper enterprises can consider going out to open offices in these markets and directly export to maintain the market.
