According to the "Interim Provisions on cash management" issued by the State Council, the scope of use of cash is mainly in the following aspects:

(1) staff salaries and various wage allowances.

(4) all kinds of labor insurance, welfare expenses and other cash provided to individuals by the state.

(5) purchase of the price of agricultural and sideline products and other materials purchased from individuals.

According to the regulations, the starting point for settlement is 1000 yuan.

(8) the people's Bank of China determines other expenditures that need to be paid in cash.

For example, because of uncertain purchasing locations, inconvenient pportation, emergency rescue and disaster relief and other special situations, it is not convenient to handle pfer accounts.

For such expenditures, the opening bank should submit a written application to the bank, signed and sealed by the head of the accounting department of the unit, and the bank will pay the cash after examination and approval by the bank.

Any expenditure that does not belong to the cash settlement scope of the State shall not be allowed to be settled by cash, but must be handled through the bank.
