Don'T Lead Yourself Unnecessarily.

    你就是组织中最重要的领导者

If you are a manager in an organization, then for your subordinates, you are the most important leader in the organization.

You are more likely than any leader to influence their going and staying, their career path, their moral behavior, the extent of their talents, their motivation to serve their customers, their job satisfaction, and their willingness to share organizational vision and values.

If you are a parent, teacher, coach or community leader, you can influence young leaders, not those hip hop artists, movie stars or athletes.

When they learn how leaders deal with competition, deal with crises, take failure or solve moral dilemmas, you are the most likely ones to learn.

No one else, it's you!

The leaders that are most influential on us are the people around us.

Once this is realized, people will look at leadership from a different perspective.

Yukari Huguenard is a leader in our long-term research. After reviewing the assumption of leadership, he has changed a lot about leadership: I used to think that leaders are top managers of organizations.

Under the influence of this view, I feel that the great gap between myself and leaders can not be crossed.

Now, I think anyone at any level and any team that leads any scale can be called a leader.

If you can use five practices of leadership, you are also a leader, because the people around you are willing to follow you.

So I feel like I am already a leader.

You have no room to escape. Leadership is everyone's business.

No matter what position you are, you have to assume the role of leader you assume.

This means that you and everyone should be responsible for your leadership, because you are the most important leader of the people around you.

Your only choice is to become the best leader.

    领导力可以学而知之

Some people think that leadership is only a small part of things, "leaders are born or nurtured", which often strengthens this wrong view.

We are all born into this world, but we can decide for ourselves before we leave.

Leadership is not a gene. It is not a password that ordinary people can not decipher.

Leadership is a series of visible skills and abilities.

Whether you are in a high position or at a grass-roots level, whether you are in Wall Street in New York or in Financial Street, Beijing, whether you are in the campus, community or in the company, these skills and abilities are very useful.

We hear and read many stories. Many ordinary people lead us to do extraordinary things.

It is not the lack of leaders' potential that hinders the emergence of more leaders, but the misconception of "leadership failure" hinders the development of leadership.

This misconception is far more hindrance to leadership development than personal nature and leadership.

Of course, we should not mislead people into thinking that they can achieve unrealistic goals.

But we can't think that only a few people can have excellent leadership.

Leaders often set a high goal that can be achieved, and then encourage everyone to work together to achieve this goal.

Effective leaders often maintain the state of learning. They regard all experiences as learning, not just sitting in the classroom.

They often seek ways to improve themselves and their organization.

Even if some people think that you can't get leadership through study, you have to think you can, and they can.

This is the starting point of everything - believing in yourself and believing in others.
