Affected by the increase of the export tax rebate rate, more than 30 textile and garment export enterprises in Ji'an benefited nearly 60%, and the annual profit is expected to increase by 6 million 300 thousand yuan.

Recently, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation issued a circular announcing that since August 1st this year, the export rebate rate of some textiles and clothing has increased from 11% to 13%, which is the first callback since the launch of the foreign trade policy of lowering the export tax rebate rate of enterprises in 2006, which is a great benefit to the struggling textile and garment enterprises in Ji'an.

It is reported that in the 52 textile and garment export enterprises currently registered in the customs, the enterprises involved in the tax rebate policy adjustment mainly include Kawa Showoon, Anfu world, Hongyu textile, Xie Peng knitting, Bofield, Xiang Xing weaving, and Tat costumes, and so on. 30 of the commodities exported to Ji'an are garments, knitted fabrics, crocheted fabrics and gloves.

According to Ji'an customs statistics, from 1 to July this year, the total export volume of textiles and clothing as the major export commodities of Ji'an was 36 million 28 thousand US dollars, accounting for 26 million 879 thousand US dollars in general trade and import processing textiles and garments, accounting for 74.6% of the total textile and clothing export value.

The export tax rebate rate increased by 2 percentage points, equivalent to 2% of the total export volume of enterprises directly increased to the profits of enterprises, so the total profit of the textile and garment industry in the city will increase by US $537 thousand and 600, and the annual profit is expected to increase by 6 million 300 thousand yuan.
