The system (production) management and technical operation procedures and 19 enterprise product standards were developed. 8 kinds of new products, such as mulberry vinegar, mulberry wine, male silkworm moth wine, mulberry fungus edible fungus, silk quilt, extra wide jacquard fabric, high grade silk (Shu Brocade) tourist handicraft products, were applied for 11 patents and 9 authorized items.

The enterprise self built base mode of "company + base + peasant households + market" and the cooperative production and operation mode of "company + cooperative + farmer + market" have been constructed, which has unblocked the fast pformation channel of scientific and technological achievements.

4 demonstration bases for science and technology were set up, 12 thousand new Mu mulberry varieties and 40 thousand new silkworm varieties were promoted. New (modified) sericultural intensive processing and production lines and 8 new pilot lines were added. The annual output value of new products was 380 million yuan, and the foreign exchange earning about 21000000 us dollars per year.
